Netcomm SI is continuosly monitoring and improving its safety procedures. Every employee is assessed reguarly to ensure safety procedures are adhered to. All safety incidents are logged in the company safety incident log.

Management and Team Leaders are responsible for implementing and upholding policies and procedures. They are also responsible for ensuring local site procedures as provided by the client to include, Fire, Hazardous substances and evacuation procedures are enforced.

All members of staff are responsible for offering input in relation to improvements in maintaining the Safety record of the company.

The Directors are responsible for ensuring that such resources are as neccessary are made available to discharge this policy as a priority.
