PC Software and network

Netcomm’s Network support will cover maintaining existing software (applications & OS) and Installation of new software, updating new users, archiving of old users data and general housekeeping.

The contract will cover curriculum network of up to 50 PCs and 2 Network servers. Admin will continue to be maintained by your local authority.

It is our understanding that all hardware currently located at the School will continue to be supported by the manufacturer. Netcomm can audit the existing equipment to check that it is efficient for your future ICT plan.

AV (Projector & IWB)

Netcomm’s AV support is designed to cover the schools new and existing projectors and IWBs, the following areas are included:

• Initial Audit to start contract
• Bulb Life report on projector (this will be done each visit)
• 4 visits to clean the entire projector and filters, realign and re-install
• Reduced Labour to replace bulbs priced @£75 (If call out needed)
• Loan Projector (1 Week) on a failure
• Labour to change faulty projector (Install / Reinstall)
• Labour to de-install re-install IWB
• Replace IWB power pack
• Free phone support

Wireless Network

Netcomm can also cover your new or existing wireless network, the following areas are supported:

• Initial audit to start contract
• Labour to cover replacing AP (Access Point)
• Free replacement AP in the event of a failure
• Free phone support
